I received a demerit point for 9 days. About a month ago, I also received a demerit point that lasted for a month. I believe the system is detecting certain words and automatically issuing demerit points without any human review. I think this is completely unfair to the players. There should be an automatic human review whenever a demerit point is issued for more than 2 days. There should also be an appeal process so players can request a review. I wasn’t even able to post in the forum while I had the demerit. The reason given was “Insulting/harassing others,” which is very vague. If the system is detecting a certain type of wording, we should be told specifically what we wrote that triggered the demerit point so we can understand what we did wrong and avoid doing it again. I had 6 dots on my cube, and now I only have 4. I believe this is because of the demerit points, and I keep losing dots because of them. Whenever a demerit point is issued for more than 2 days, players should be told specifically what words or wording triggered it. There should also be an appeal process and a human review. We cannot depend completely on AI to make these decisions, especially when they can negatively affect players’ accounts.

Please don't assume that a demerit was automatically issued by AI simply because you did not see a moderator involved. Moderation actions are not necessarily visible to players. The reason shown to you, “Insulting/harassing others”, relates to the conduct rules, which prohibit personal attacks, abusive language and harassment. If you believe a particular moderation action was incorrect, the forum isn't the appropriate place to review individual sanctions or moderation records. You should contact the moderation team directly and request that the action be reviewed. Your suggestion regarding providing players with more information about the reason for a demerit is noted, but individual moderation cases cannot be investigated publicly through the forum. Please also remember that repeated violations can affect your oldtimer status, so the best way to restore your progress is simply to continue playing while following the site rules. I just want you to clarify something for me. Are you saying that it is not possible for the system itself to issue a demerit point? Does a moderator, senior moderator, or assistant moderator always have to manually issue it?
