After playing a match, the rating does not always update correctly and may display "---" or show the player as a "Novice" instead of reflecting their actual score. I feel like this amazing game gets me to a certain score and then the points drop again, as if it's intentionally preventing me from increasing my score. I've been playing it for years on your site, and I even promote the game. Why is it like this? It gets me to a certain score and then the review starts.

I was just playing a game of checkers and suddenly the game ended and stated that my opponent has claimed a draw, the game ended in a draw. So now all I have to do is claim a draw and the game is a draw? That makes no sense.
