Have you tried restarting you computer?

Disable any Anti-Virus software or fire walls you may have installed and re-download. Might work - you never know ;\

ok virus tried that.. still no joy .. the tanx pic comes up then just goes off it wont load  wen i click on it to open :'(

oh dear, sorry to say this yorky, but this happened to me, and i ended up re-loading my computer, and re-installing everything..

Hope you dont need to do the same...

hi yorky, it may be to do with your settings, right clik on the TANX icon on the desk top.clik properties,then on combatability, try changing that setting,,good luck ;)

thanx Dev ..iv tried that ..but no joy.. i think im going t change ova hard drives .. see if that will do it ..i dont know .. just means till i get somebody to internet thingy me ..i,l have t use dial up on the other comp ..pffft .. coz the drive im using at mo is interneted connected to my comp that i use all time thanx u all .. for ur suggestions..appreciated lots :)

after the pic comes up and goes away, hit CTRL + ALT + DELETE, go to process at the top and look for tanx.exe , hit end process and then yes. and try to open it again. thats what i do when this happens to me and it works, i dont know if it will work for you but its worth a try.
