search the forum and help sections before you ask a question like that.  the answer is in both.  but in case you're too lazy, just don't capture monsters yet.  there won't be a useful reason to do that for another few months.  (you can feed them fodder to keep them alive after you capture them, but there's no use for them, so you'd just be wasting money).
