That's weird, it shouldn't matter what email address you have to register. but email flyordie at info@flyordie.com and tell them you're problem, they should respond promptly.

Hey, thanks for the suggestion.  I did email the support line but haven't gotten a response yet. This is making me a little mad.  I have played here under a different name for over a year and payed once already for a month and decided to go for a year, now this BS.

honestly...now a days a lot of websites will not take certain email addresses...ESPECIALLY hotmail ones.  
Anyway too bad FOD hasnt gotten back to you, i would think that THEY would atleast want to bring in more payed members. its sad that they take that long to get back to you.  just be patient i guess.

I'm sure someone is looking into the matter for you LadyCroft, unfortunately the people on the other end of that addy have a heck of a lot to do, so they'll get round to you soon.

However, I know of a lot of people subscribed to FlyOrDie that have 

Yahoo

 or 

Hotmail

 accounts, so I really don't know what the problem is. Not being a subscriber myself, I don't know how the system works. Is it an automated message saying don't use these type of e-mail accounts, or was a personal e-mail from FlyOrDie?

the current payment processor, regnow.com doesn't like free email adresses, because credit card fraud is often goes with free email account. 

Are you sure you have no real email address? If you pay for the internet you must get one.

Hey,problem solved.  A email address was supplied to me. Many thanks to who ever it was that helped me.  Don't know your name but you know who you are.  I appreciate you getting back to me.  Off to the pool rooms I go.

good job...glad you figured it out...now watch for others who may have the same problem...and you can give them the answer.  if people start being nicer to each other in here, we won't have as many knuckleheads to deal with...lol

No, not when subscribing it wouldn't take it.  Problem solved though.  Nice people around though to help...

Id also like to add, an easy way to get around most sites that dont accept well known (yahoo/hotmail) is to make one that is free, but not very popular... i use www.email.com alot when it doesnt accept others... (email.com even works on ebay, lucky me ;) )
