Hello FlyorDie™, I used to play here alot with another name which was subbed for a year.. I left because you would not tell me my password which I had forgotten. Anyway, I came back, approximately 7 months later to see if it was worth me subscribing another name. After playing the 3rd-5th game in snooker, I got disconnected. :| This showed me you, FlyorDie™, that you don't really care about your 'customers'. people like to win, even though it is 'just a game', and you still don't fix this disconnection problem. sV

True, i keep disconecting more and more often, and it seems to happen most when the black is over pocket lol, and im thinking omg, is this fixed
Firstly, before you blame flyordie make sure that your equipment and ISP are not to blame. Are you using the latest firmware for your devices? If you are on a modem, have you done a line test? Can you be sure that line "glitches" are not to blame? Is you ISP causing glitches somewhere? Is there a firewall problem? blah blah. From my experience, FoD disconnections are no more frequent than is reasonable from any internet site without unlimited financial backing. Secondly, are you a "paying" customer? If not, subscribe before you have the right to moan. If you are, then relax in the knowledge that your money will be spent on dealing with these issues.
I also disconnect from time to time, but only because i got dialup and a piece of...Isp provider. So dont blame FlyOrDie blame your ISP !! ;-)
