BETTER POOL PLZ
there are better games than flyordie. i Named one yesterday in the forum, but got taken away.

anyways this game i played was just unreal, graphics, control of the ball, the way they go in the pocket, if u want the name of it, talk to me in private.

IMPROVEMENTS- i know this game is from late 90's so ill bare with ya'll

1. graphics, they need upgrades, There are alot of games that have better graphics, and they dont even charge subscriptions

2. the way the balls enter the pocket, they are very hard to pot, and even if it looks so perfect, it wont go in, becuz the graphics arent up to date and things arent clear. the balls shouldnt bounce out, and should be made bigger(pockets)

3.spin- nice job last year, but needs imporvement, when it hit a ball and give up backwards english, it should go towards the ball at an inclining speeed. STOP MOMENTARILY, then roll back, you skipped the whole stopping part.

4. cue stick- looks like crap lol, sorry fod, but it shouldnt go thorough balls, it should be raised when necessarily, making the stick point downward making the person have to make somewhat of a backspin shot, Like real life.

5. background- black is boring, needs colour.

6.table looks beautiful, best ive seen in graphics, make that white line black tho.

7. breaking physics, more need to be potted, need a better spread much of a 60/40 with more on the opposite to the breaking line.

8. call the pocket on the last ball, THIS IS THE BIGGEST!!!!!

9.replay- for flukes and beauties, ive seen some sites replays, they look so cool

10. shots when the cue is touching the rail, make the person have to use front english, MAKE THAT SHOT HARDER, it shouldnt be easy, cues cant go thru rails.

11. less table friction

12. put 6 or 1 dots on the cue ball, makes lining up shots easier

13. flop shots, jump shots

14. ball spinning in a direction, NOT ONLY WHEN IT HITS A RAIL

all of these things ive explained to you have been done, so dont tell me they cant be done, Make the subscribers money go further

regards tony:p
why dont you show them how to make it ? since you know so much :p

you forgot masse shots ;)
and graphics are great .. just because it looks straight doesnt mean it is .. sometimes it needs a little fine aim :D

cue stick ? maybe a new one for pro :p
handicap sounds good :)
background i dont mind

CALL POCKET! big thing :p

1 - In the past FoD have NOT removed posts about other snooker or pool sites.
2 - If there was a better site you would be there instead of in FoD.

I think you are lying. Either way, if you don't want to play here, then don't - I doubt we'll miss you.
1. The graphics don't need updating plus this will make loading times slower.

2. I think the way the balls pot is fine.

3. Suppose but it's the same for everyone and not that big a deal.

4. It doesn't matter what the cue looks like it's how it plays! But I agree on the bridging idea that has been raised by a few people.

5. Pointless plus increase loading times and personally would just annoy me. I don't really concerntrate on the background when taking a shot.

6. Huh? What line black?

7. They have changed this a while back.

8. Yep.

9. Hmm not sure.

10. A lot like point 4.

11. I haven't really noticed.

12. No, that would just make the game easier plus they don't have that in real billiards/pool (to my knowledge).

13. Would be very difficult to programme I imagine.

14. Some people have commented on this but I'm with the majority who think it's fine.
Mr Cue, I've sent you an envelope. Enclosed is a 50 pence piece. Do is all a favour and head down to your local pub (that's if your old enough of course) and play the game there. You can't ask for that to be made any more 'real'!
And to play a lob shot, you don't need a cue stick but a golf club!
