i have 10 MB DSL i get d/c alot i get d/c 95% when the phone rings, and then i go offline any ideas to prevent this,besides unplugging (t):p

If you are disconnected when your phone line rings, then the problem is local to yourself. I would suggest you first try the technical support people for your DSL modem.
