Well, non-subscribers can make rated ops again. That means more banking. 

Also, non-subscribers can join other fields (desert, snow, mars). 

Non-subscribers continue to keep their free ratings.

If that remains this way, then what you pay $20 for is:
1)No Adds
2)Permanent buddies/mute (btw, it's not permanent.Non subs can already mute. So all subscribers get out of this is the buddy deal)
3)A downloadable Tanx (still many prefer the old one, but nice to have a download of tanx for the music and quick access)
4)Tournaments for subscribers.

Maybe the other fields won't be available for the non-subs soon. Perhaps FOD is just trying to get non-subs to try out the fields and subscribe.

Well, everything might go back to the way it was, no ratings for non-subs (except lotto) and rated non-subs cant play in other fields. But if this remains this way, then FOD should give us subscribers a little bit more. (If it does stay like this, not many tankers are going to subscribe again)
