You need to be fair with the game's ranking system; if a "Ball 1" [top-ranked player] enters a lobby, they should be required to play against another "Ball 1"—otherwise, they should lose points! Many great players—on par with or even better than the player currently holding the top spot—try to compete for the ranking, but it’s impossible; so, just stop playing 8 Ball! Furthermore, there’s a moderator who is complicit in maintaining the current number-one-ranked player—doing everything possible to keep them there, simply because they share the same nationality! Claudio was punished for having multiple accounts (for which he pays a subscription)! The player Crown also has other accounts, yet he wasn't punished! Where is the fairness in this game? This is why most of the top players are leaving the site!
