- which device you're playing on (PC, Android, iPhone/iPad),

- which browser you're using,

- in which game the keyboard isn't working,

- whether the problem occurs only in-game or also in the lobby,

- whether the text box is visible but you can't type, or if it doesn't appear at all.

With these details, the developer will be able to identify the cause of the problem and offer a suitable solution.
