The reason shown is “Ban evasion / Multiple nicks”, but I honestly do not know what originally caused this.

This account is very old and dates back to a time when I did not have my own computer. Around 2010, we often played from shared PCs in internet cafés/gaming cafés. Many different people used the same computers, and it is also possible that my account remained logged in after my paid time expired and somebody else used the PC afterwards. Because of that, I understand that there may be old IP addresses, computers or accounts somehow associated with mine.

I still remember approximately which old email address was connected to the account, and I can still log into the account today. I simply cannot play because of the permanent ban.

I also want to be completely transparent: around 2017, I created another account because I wanted to play again. However, after all these years, many memories are connected to my original account, and I would genuinely like to recover it more than anything. It has sentimental value to me because it is part of the time when I first played on the platform.

I am willing to provide any information I can remember and do whatever is reasonably required to prove that the account belongs to me.

I give you my word that, as far as my own actions and behaviour are concerned, I have never done anything that I believe could justify a permanent ban. I have never intentionally tried to evade a ban, abuse multiple accounts, cheat, or deliberately break the rules. If something happened many years ago that caused the account to be flagged, I sincerely ask you to consider the circumstances and the fact that shared computers were very common at the time.

I am not asking you to ignore your rules. I am simply asking for a human review of such an old case and, if possible, one more chance to use my original account again.

I would be extremely grateful for any help you can give me.
