Hi, I just paid for a months premium membership and the payment was taken from my account but my profile is saying basic subscription which is wrong. It has not activated on my account but the payment was taken? Can someone help please.

Hi, It’s been emailed to an old email address from years ago which I can’t access anymore. I get a monthly membership often and it usually works fine. I can’t retrieve the order number but I’ve definitely been charged. If I knew something would get sent to an email I would have updated it.
