Hi, while playing the sound is off. If I go to setting the sound symbol is greyed out. How can I turn it on again? Thanks for your help

Hi exb, Please check the sound settings on your device and whether you have sound otherwise. (If the sound is muted only in the browser or on a smartphone/tablet, the sound icon is not greyed out.) Hi Stewart, There is sound e.g. in Youtube and from other websites on the browser. The sound worked all the time but today there was none. It's a a Samsung Galaxy tablet A2021. The commercial in the beginning is muted as well. While playing, there is the settings/sound symbol on the very bottom left corner. After clicking that there is a pop-up and on the bottom right corner "Sound", but greyed out. I can't press it. Hope that helps. Thanks!

Hi exb, Since your sound works perfectly fine on YouTube and other websites, the issue is likely a specific software setting. On a Samsung Galaxy tablet, please check Samsung's Gaming Hub (Game Launcher) Samsung has a built-in app that can completely override and mute games, even inside a browser. Find and open the Gaming Hub (or Game Launcher) app on your tablet. Look for a Speaker/Mute icon (usually on the side menu or near "My Games"). If it is muted, tap it to change it back to an active Speaker icon. If these steps do not solve the problem: please contact the Samsung Customer Support. The experts will be able to help.
