Starting yesterday there have been this pop-up ad in the form of a rectangle frame spanning from top to bottom all the way at the middle of the window. It appears not only in the waiting room but at the playing room also. The ad is for the United Airline. It wouldn't disappear and there is no choice button which usually accompanies the ad to let users dismiss the ads. 
This ad blocks the view. The website becomes unusable.
