Hi,
Thank you for your feedback. We understand how frustrating it is when the game speed doesn't match your expectations, especially in fast-paced rooms.
To help clarify, here are a few points regarding the recent update:
Bandwidth vs. Rendering:
While your 900 Mbps internet is excellent for downloading large files, gaming performance often depends on Latency (Ping) and how your browser handles the website's layout. The new unified layout (mobile and PC) uses modern web technologies that might require more resources from your browser’s cache or hardware acceleration.
Hardware Acceleration:
Please ensure that 'Hardware Acceleration' is enabled in your browser settings (Chrome/Edge/Firefox). This allows your graphics card to help render the game, making it feel much smoother.
Clear Cache:
Since the layout has changed, your browser might still be trying to load old files alongside new ones. We highly recommend clearing your browser cache and restarting it.
Local Performance:
If the game feels like it is in 'slow motion,' it is usually a sign that your device's CPU/RAM is struggling to process the visual updates in real-time, rather than a slow internet connection.
We are constantly optimizing the new code to ensure it runs smoothly on all devices. Please try clearing your cache first, as this solves the majority of 'lag' issues after an update.
