Just a quick clarification regarding rating reductions: if a player is inactive, points begin to decrease after 7 days and then continue to drop on a daily basis. You can find the details here under “Rating reduction of idle players”:

This applies to all players, whether they have a subscription or not.

Your latest rating was also calculated correctly.
293 + 18 = 311, and the numbers add up once you include the one loss that occurred between your games two weeks ago and your most recent match.
