I won two games against an opponent. The first he conceded, and the second I won with a double. Got back to the lobby and my score had dropped 20 points? It says I lost? How can this happen??

There are games that last to 5 or even more wins... The one with "David881" was to 20 (you lost 0-20).

That's incorrect. I straight up won the two games. There was no minimum anything. Two straight up wins. You are wrong.
