I played PPPPP at eastern North American time of 8:00 AM and won a 4 end match and my score hasn't changed and there is no sign on my record of playing PPPPP. Can anyone help?

same happend to me 12/28/25 I won 10-1 6 ends no sign of this game occuring. this needs to be rectified asap!!
