Regarding the sound issue: You’ll find the sound settings by tapping the bottom left corner. Please make sure the sound is switched on. 
If the sound is turned on but you still can’t hear anything, it may help to clear your browser cache

Alternatively, you could try using a different browser to see if that makes a difference.

You can get rid of the black screen by turning your smartphone sideways and then back upright.

I turn my phone landscape when the screen blacks out then switch back to portrait and it’s fixed. That’s iPhone so not sure if it works on anything else
