One can actually get flu like symptoms from the flu vaccine itself.  I received a flu shot one month ago and felt sluggish for awhile.

It doesn't stop you from catching it, it just means you don't get it as bad.  You don't suffer as much.

Ive never got a flu shot or a  covid shot and i havent had a bad  flu  or  anything in over 6  yrs. now just  cause i  said  that i  probably   will  lol, but my step sister has covid  atm  and she is  pretty  ill  so  prayers for a speedy  recovery  sis ..lovya   girly
