You've done the right thing by reporting him, I'd recommend muting him from now on so as you don't have to see those comments moving forward. I'm not sticking up for the Mods here but none of them are British and being English myself, I know "Puff" is English slang, as you do to, so maybe that's why your reports have gone un-noticed... who knows.
just dont answer him he thinks ur here to entertain him and thats the worst part; he even said it based on the screenshot
