Not sure how to do that, but when you add the link to Home Screen now on iPhone, the tab bar is shown at the bottom of the screen when it never used to be. Could be a phone setting issue too.

just tap "Games"  at the bottom left (the house symbol) and you're back on the site where you can chose another Billard game.
