i appreciate all the help you have offered but i still cant get snooker to load or any other game ive tried every browser out there i un installed java reinstalled it ive tried everything thats been suggested and still nothing i noticed im not the only one but everyone else seems to sort theres so im going to give up which is a shame because i loved your website.

Ive tried everything that has been suggested and the games still wont load and its taking the mick now ive never had a problem even when i had my dodgy old computer it still worked and ive noticed you cant download snooker anymore unless you subscribe i wasn't like that before and im not subscribing again if its not going to work shame really because i was going to because this was the best snooker online but i will look for another website.

Also try another browser and/or a new clean profile.  Over time we accumulate all kinds of crud, always test with some clean profile with no addons/toolbars/extensions etc...  Possibly find where the cache files are and delete them by hand.  

99% of the time, folks have old broken stuff stuck in some cache that causes problem.  So You need to clear it ever more aggressively until the bad stuff passes.

well when i log in everything is fine the the advertising comes up with loading above it the advert finishes then the loading stays at zero and nothing happens just stays the same.

Please try to describe more precisely what happens when you try to start the game.
