Hi There.
Verification emails can be tricky , especially if you were recently banned or recieved a demerit point u may not obtain a new account anytime soon.

unless your using a temporary email provider , then you definetly wont get one.

make sure you/your friend has no demerits/ or active bans before making new accounts , and when making them make sure you use a legit email provdier like hotmail , gmail yahoo or aol
mail.

if you do this and still get no activation email , when u go to login  the accoun ur trying to sign up you will see a !  " change email? " option in red font with an underscore , click this and put in place another valid email until you recieve it..just keep trying i guess.
