Ask stronger players to play in the unrated room if you want to play and learn. Handicaps are hard to agree (with language barriers) playing in the unrated room you can learn without being embarasssed. I am always happy to help people learn and there are others who think the same as me.

I agree - good to teach in the unrated room. Much better to teach there than in the normal room. It would also be good if there was an undo option in the teaching room - i.e. you could let you opponent take his move back. That would help during teaching.
Another great feature would be a button to allow players to see who was controlling different territories during the game.
