Definitely a Scotland flag as we did invent the game so its a bit of an insult not to have it.

as a canadian, we know curling originated from Scotland. SO show the respect to them for that.

Scotland are part of the United Kingdom, so choose that flag.  If a Scottish flag gets added then it will be only be fair to add an English, Welsh and Irish flag.

Add the other nations flags too then, we're not saying not to. We are Scottish first & foremost before British or Uk citizen

With all respect to Scotsmen who invented this magnificent game, I need to say that the player's selectable countries/flags in our system are currently based on the ISO 3166-1 country codes, which do not include Scotland for some reason.

So does that mean your answer is no then OP?

I have not said "no", I just wanted to explain you why is your desired flag not included, and why is it not added instantly after you asked it.

It is certainly not meant to be an insult towards any of you, or your country, as another of our dearest players mentioned.

It will be checked what can be done, but unfortunately it is not as simple as adding a few lines, so I can not promise anything.

No problem at all - while it is interesting to know why you don't have all the National flags available, it didn't really answer the question.
You do realise, of course, that once you put up the National flag of Scotland those in Newfoundland, a region of Canada, will want their flag available also!

Newfoundland isn't really it's own country though. It's a province. I don't think you consider Scotland a Province do you?

Another issue here is define Ireland. The Irish are an independan country & would have a fit playing under the union jack. Northern Ireland is different but not Ireland. We are a fussy lot here so sorry about that but we are all proud of our own identity.

I'll gladly hand you your coat, Scotland is not the same as Newfoundland :p

Don't really see any issue defining Ireland, you can choose Ireland from the settings men and a Northern Ireland option would just take their flag.

My mistake lol, just assumed they expected Ireland to come under the Uk.
