in curling the rock must completely clear the hog line at the far end or the rock is considered hoogged. in this game many times the rock does not completely clear the hog line but it remains in play. this should be corrected.

I totally agree rink........a hogged rock is a hogged rock it has to fully be clear of the line or taken off
