it may be your pop up blocker

Hold strg while u click on the playerinfo or its ur pop up blocker.

Try holding down control whilst clicking on the 'i'.

If you are using PC game while checking info you have to maximize your screen then it will work.

On web just hold ctrl down while pressing clickable links.

its your pop up blocker i had same prob...so go to options then content and in exceptions allow flyordie and all should be ok
