how to report websites

can sum 1 tell me how i can report a website. they've got a video of a man being tortured among others. Address ends in .com but says its a video from ukraine, made me feel instantly sick.  And no im not gonna tell u the name of the site! 
worst was when i stumbled acoss a arab site with beheadings and stonings, the video was called sumfing about kittens goes to show u dont believe everythink u read.

My friend saw this video today and it made him feel so sick. I didnt watch it but read a few lines of the story and that was bad also. 
Im not sure where you could report it but i agree with you it needs taking off.
My friend said it has been taken off other sites but just gets put back on somewhere else.

The video im talking about is from Russia it tells the story aswell as showing the video,im not sure if it is the same one but either way its very sick ppl. 
Hope it gets taking off asap that poor man has a family.
