Firstly, the likelihood that you've been "hacked" (in the proper sense) is unlikely. You either have forgotten your password (which again seems unlikely since you appear to regularly play), have a keylogger on your system or used a password that was easily guessable/shared your password with someone else.
>i will continue to use this website but i will be emailing THE top web game Admins
You're better off emailing support@flyordie.com detailing your problem. I doubt they will help you unless you have proof that the account is yours though, having your transaction details for the subscription you had would be handy :)
>i think u need to take further security pre-cautions on Flyordie
If there was a serious flaw in their security there would be far more cases of people being randomly hacked. I don't mean to insult your intelligence but it may be the fact that
you
need to take more security precautions with your system/password.
>or i will be emailing Ofcom and i will explain the Service that i required with you
If I'm not mistaken Ofcom is a communications department that regulates UK communication industries. Emailing them will be a waste of time.
>i will explain the Service that i required with you
The service you signed up for stated:
You are solely responsible for all activity on your Account and for the security of your computer system.
and
By establishing an account on FlyOrDie, you agree that FlyOrDie is not responsible for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from, hacking, tampering, or other unauthorized access to FlyOrDie or your account.
>please email me on my email address ajrs@live.co.uk
A moderator should edit this out, putting your personal email out on public view isn't the smartest thing to do :p
Sorry to have been so "straight to the point" in this post, but threatening to take action like this on a forum won't help your cause. If you've tried what WRX S1 said above and haven't had success then try what I suggested, email support@flyordie.com and they should help you out.
