Technical: Server Problems

Hi,

This is the second time I have bought a subscription, and everytime I do the server lag problems are extremely more severe than when I am a non-subscriber.

I feel this service is a little back to front?   Basically much better value to be a non-subscriber, as the most important benefit is no lag issues from ads etc, which you get with not subscribing.

I am basically paying to increase server problems... lol

Can this be resolved, or issue me a refund please.

I thought it was very unlikely Flyordie would respond to my technical issue thread, as they have ignored every previous attempt from their members.

I understand moderators on this site have zero control over anything that goes on, only to ban/demerit members at their discretion.  So please could I have a contact for flyordie that will reach them direct.

That or just simply reply to your members for a change.

Send an email to support@flyordie.com .  I cant tell you they will reply because it's rare they do.  

They will NOT refund you either this has been tried before from other members.

I should have visited this forum before subscribing. I thought i'm the only one who's having this problem with connectivity. I keep getting kicked out in the middle of a match game. error messages: "server connection broken or closed". I just subscribed for 1 year and i demand a refund. Is this a FAKE site?

Not a fake site.  Used to be pretty good, not sure if they went under new ownership or what but in the last year they have been nothing short of terrible.

Send in tech reports with the contact form on the main page, currently that is all you can do...though I'm trying to see if there is someone else I can contact since nothing seems to be getting done around here.
