yes this sign also means moderator but the mod sign is near the globe ! there is also a program sign ! which is similer to the mod sign and is to the right side of the nick. flyordie's system is mostly correct on the program if you want to get rid of it just simply just stop using the program takes 15-20 games or so after it dissapears.
The system to detect and mark players as possible users of programs is AUTOMATIC. Moderators cannot remove it by any means.
