and im i right in saying that if you have paid for subscription for an on-line game they cant ban or dermit you without prior notice and with good reason?

not to sound condecending or anything but.. "prior notice" is indeed provided at every login.. it's the link in the chat window to the Terms of Service page...and by entering the games the user has agreed to follow said Terms of Service correct ?

regarding a "reason" for moderation action to a specific user.. that is also provided when the moderated user logs back into a game right on the login screen.

this log in screen you talk about does not aply in the downloaded game so how are we ment to know what we have done wrong. 
 
 
 

Its on the downloaded version also,on the Chat-screen,first thing it says, after you log in is"The Terms of Service".  

If you are banned and you use the download version, then it will open a pop-up window from FlyOrDie saying you have been naughty when it refuses to connect you.

The terms of service appears in BOTH versions regardless in the chat window.

lol yes i know all of that but how do ppl know why they have been dermit pointed for??

mods listen yall need to quit banning me for misuse of the forum.ive been doing it since the forum started and i aint start gettin in truoble till now.all i am doing is expressing my feelings and opnions
