To capture the entire screen, press PrtSc.

To capture only the active window, hold Alt while you press it.

It's now on your Clipboard which means you can paste it to any program that can work with images, the simplest being Paint. Paint is accessed like this:

Start >> Run >> mspaint

or

Start >> All Programs >> Accessories >> Paint

i know that i mean where can i get the program to get screen shots not how to upload ;)

To add to fstal86.. save it as a jpeg file.  These attachments are much easier to see and read than the ones from the screen capture programs.
