Actually, no. Unless he has a way to make it to some other house and use someone else's computer then he can not cheat. You get no points from beating someone connected to the same IP as you.

Everyone who reports a person with a high rating is just ignorant. You can not prove they use multiple accounts. I just played King, he deserves his rank. I can maintain a decent 250-350 whenever I maintain my best now, and he beats me pretty easily. That is enough to end this stupid debate. And please, people learn to use proper English if you want to make a point... not everyone here can use you're native language and English is the universal one after all. I can make out most of these posts, but in the end this can just be ridiculous...

He had an opening not known to me. His mid game was fantastic. I didn't even do good enough to really compare come end-game, he had me beaten by about 4 checkers.
