I have played three games of chess and won them all but my rating card now says I am a programme (Which I am not) How many of you guys have suffered the same problem and does anyone know how to fix it?

<<Our software detects this based on your play.  It's not a 'problem' it's just the way it is.  If you put your cursor over the icon, it says "player MAY use program". Lastly, you can't 'fix' it.>>
