Dear Moderators
Do mods have rules ????
Ok, this is an observation on the rules and what happens if you break em.

My nic RicoH posted something about a mod that i wasnt even sure was true, but the subsequent banning of the nic, confirmed my suspicions ;) so thanks for that :D
and to all the other players i told - see i didnt lie ;)

Now the ban is over, and when i log in i find i have a demerit that runs to the 5th April - reason ?? same as the ban ;\ so to me that looks like 1 crime = 2 punishments, is this fair by mod rules or do you make your own up as you go along, or is this 1 particular mod being vindictive ??

Oh and as i said the ban has expired, so theres is no need to perm ban this nic like you did the other 1 i used, im not ban evading, just doing what many others do, using a diff nic to express myself.. but if you feel the need Mr vindictive mod ;) go ahead, hope you had your horlicks :D
How does he sleep at night...

B-)
>>How does he sleep at night...<<< on a bed...lol
lmao i don't think anybody at FOD sleeps. Seems like everyone is on 24/7 :p

Obviously he got his daily dose of Horlicks :p;)
Well, one can only say its a drop of that or Night Nurse.

Your friend,

The Meister B-)
It's an advert in UK where the bus driver drives off whilst people are running for it...

with the caption.."How does he sleep at night"
Do mods have rules? Well, yes. Do they obey them? Well, yes to an extent. But, like I've already said in a different topic, punishments can differ for similar offences, mainly depending on who the mod is and who the culprit is. That is what's wrong on this site. I know different mods interpret things differently from each other, but then you get the mods who have their favourites...

Looks like you're one of the ones the mods don't particularly take too kindly too :p. Demerit until April 5th is harsh, the 3 day ban should have been enough.
But liam, unfortunately due to severe memory loss or otherwise, dont want to go into too much dteail there, neglected to answer your question LadyDie.

Horlicks is infact a very soothing milky drink most people have before they go to bed, it helps you sleep, well not me, im an insomniac, you dont really think id spend my nights on here if I werent. No i wouldnt, id be sleeping ty.

Meisters Truth B-)

Ooops I knew I forgot part of my post..

To bad banned again...blahhhhhh :)
Hmm.. It seems people are getting banned for less these days...
There is a definitive flaw in the moderation, it can, from my experience come down to personal beliefs. If a Moderator doesnt agree with a converstation, they feel the need to click on a button, and demerit a person who has paid monies to a company. I'm sorry, but that is woeful.

I do not use profanity, or slanderous remarks, I have been known to be sarcastic, but not maliciously and simply in jest. I have the utmost respect for moderators who oversee all the distasteful stuff.

even more upsetting is the fact that 'De-merits'are given without justifiable reason, my message was...."you have been demerited for 'talking cyber'"

When I registered with FOD it was because I enjoyed playing 8 ball and chatting with some of the regular members, and I started to get to know some of them.

I got a demerit for nothing, as far as I can see, and I was silenced. I'm glad I only registered for 1 month.
Maybe in the Shop adverts, it should say: Billiards only $19.99 for a year; including: Over zealous moderators for free!!
perhaps you were "getting to know" these people, a bit too well?
No. I was never litterally, what people refer to as "cybering". Im married and enjoy the real thing with my wife. So who decided that I was "cybering"? I mearly was chatting within the lobby, and never directly about anything sexual.
