any1 1 else had the problem where when u log in it says that u have written in the wrong password iv been here for years an never happened cant get an email sent to me either coz the email i used to subscribe has been closed coz i use msn now not orange (freeserve at the time). iv writtne to support an that but no reply hopfully when whoever reads this to allow it to be in the forums they can find the email i sent FOD btw this isnt my nickname it is bradno1

I'm not saying you are lying, but anyone can say that they have lost their password and their email account has closed. If you can't receive your password by email I'm not sure what the next step is. Do you still have the payment details for the subscription (Transfer ID etc.)? Maybe they can do something with the right evidence, or maybe you can't get the password back at all unfortunately :(.
