y is it wen the score is 46-55 and whoever is winning pots the white on the final black ball and the score goes to 53-55 the person with the lower score loses even though if they pot the black they can win please sort this out i have lost alot of points over this matter and would like it rectified

Because that IS the real rules, if a foul is commited on the black, and the scores don't tie, then it is game over... So rectifying rules that are correct is not an option.. :)
