i have a concern, i am a payin subscriber but i have one concern, it seems a but of watse of my money to get disconnected every other day when i play in Flyordie, why does this happen? i'm doin nothin but playin then all of a sudden my cue disappears and im diconneected, then when i come back on i have lost like 20 points which by the way are ridiculously hard to get back, whats up with that? any comments?

have had problems with their server but most of it has been sorted or so I've heard as I never really got disconencted, fortunately. I can't say what is going on and it is usually

who has the answers but he is away in Hawaii or so I believe. I do hope you get those 20 precious points back as they must have taken ages for you to get. It would be good to have a system in which can tell if someone has been disconnected and therefore will not lose points but their opponents will gain some. ty sir tazz for ur reply, it is not the "precious 20 points" im worried about thats what i lost today, not over all tho, which im not worried about tho, the 9ball game has been gettin dc/ed like crazy lately, happened today like 3 or 4 times, its crazy, and its been like this for the past few weeks, i love the game, i believe good things have been added to it and so on but the gettin dc/ed all the time is crazy.
The billiards and chess games have indeed been put on a differant server and the disconnection problems had seemed to have been resolved until today. As of the writing of this post, the site is down. I have contacted FOD and if and when I have any information on the problem, I will post it here. [img=

There was apparently a temporary problem with the new server... lord help us... seems to be fixed now.

excuse me miracle, do i know u? and why do u seem to have such an opinion on me? and sorry to tell u that the "points" thing was just a reason for why flyordie isnt bein so good lately, i personally dont seem to care for points and not that it matters but i was up to 315 a few days ago and i'll admit that im down to 70 now and u know what i dont care, cuz unlike some people points dont really matter, but the point is to some they do and gettin diconnected all the time doesnt help their rating and personally i think its a bit childish of u whoever u are to first of all come with one of ur so many names to hide and to bring my personal life into this when this has not a thing to do with my life, i think u shoud grow up a bit and stop with ur childish games, this topic isnt an issue of that if u want to play make a game topic or somethin but i didnt make this post to have someone come and start talkin about my personal life if u have a problem with me talk to me in private. I'm sorry for all who read this and formed an opinion of me without even knowin, if u like ask around and see how i'm really like, or talk to me in the game, dont judge by what some "little kid" lookin for trouble says, as for this post after today i dont care for it.

just my observations on this....I don't play billiards.....but the message posted just before mine makes a great deal of sense to me.....I applaud that players attitude... there are many many reasons for disconnections.....and a large majority of them are not related to FlyOrDie's system at all.. think of the web as a big city water pipe system.. even if one of the pipe's in the system breaks...or is being worked on..... it can effect whole neighborhoods...yes?? it's the same for the world warped web.. as an advocate for FlyOrDie... it always annoys me to see flaming messages to them in their own forums.. it lacks class on the part of the posting party... so lighten up people.... I think they do an outstanding job with these games.... in a web full of problems and daily connectivity issues...... on a global scale. enjoy your games, Always the advocate, GHOST RIDER MP
actually ghost rider mp a server is dedicated to a single client. its not a web hosting package. if anything happens like your on about it means that EVERY server crashes where they are being held.. i cant see this happening can you? and if so i suggest flyordie gets with a better hosting company! www.hostway-uk.com is good flyordie!!! lol
