Firewall?

Try turning it off for a bit and go on FOD and see if it works (don't do this for long if your one of those safe people turn it back on after figuring if it works or not)

Then if that's the problem there will be some way to allow access to FOD.

Thanks for your help. Well, im also from berlin. But i dont think it has something with the location. Fact is that i resetted my router and now it's working again. If you have a router installed, try this.

I have a similar thing i guess with my router,

If i leave the internet on too long continuously, it sometimes stops the connection, meaning i have to restart.

If people are having trouble with a firewall try

configure your firewall to enable port 4989, or ask your system administrator to do that,
