Why do you want to be a MODERATOR when you are already one?

You see, we are all MODERATORS here. It is through our personal conduct that we make TANX a pleasurable online gaming experience or not. We all decide to engage or not in a childish offensive behaviour.

Why is it that we have to have a whip to keep order? Why do we need to be officially recognised as MODERATORS to behave as such? when by virtue of our own good conduct we have the capacity to moderate this game more effectively and amicably than all the current moderators put together.
