banned for no reason

my name was banned last night for evasion and i was not on ban or did i have a demerit i have had niether in over a month NebiesMustDie was banned for evasion i woke up this mornig and it was banned can someone explain to me how u get evasion when ur not on ban or have a demerit i have spoken to 2 mods and they said they dont know how it happened can someone   explain                          The Trickster

Socom--you'd better get your FACTS straight before you open your mouth. I have been demerited only maybe 6 times TOTAL on every name I have had (and I still have two of those names but I don't use them), and on THIS name, I have only been demerited 4 times...BUT the last one WAS REMOVED BECAUSE IT WAS UNWARRANTED!! SO think before you open you say something you know NOTHING about.

No...it means I tell it like it is...and actually one demerit was for saying "crap"...a BOGUS demerit.

I HAD been a Chat HOST on AOL for a year back in 2002, so I do have experience. 

Ironically, this isn't a good time now for me to go into Moderating at this moment anyway. With the holidays and my schedule and my family's schedules, it is just not possible right now. Funny how these things work themselves out. I am not on the computer a fraction of what I used to be on it because I have a lot going on in my life.
