everytime i try 2 subscribe ,i reach the page ...accept terms/conditions.(i agree) for 1 yrs subscription, but then it says im not logged in ??

i go into Tanx(reason 4 sub) login, and join a game, then i miz the screen ,goto shop click on subscription... go through the above....NOT LOGGED ON' 

ive gone through it on my pc version by logging in through that...same thing.

Ive enabled cookies to 'ALLOW ALL COOKIES', ive disabled my PC Guard(blueyonder) ive set everything to allow cookies, ive disabled delete anything to do with cookies from restart..........still get 'NOT LOGGED IN'.

If im not logged in how can i been the games playing ??

any help would be gratefully recieved.
