Check the box which says "allow other to see this info" or something like that i think in your status.

click on settings, when u click on a room and the game window pops up with the welcome message. 
i wud like to take this chance to raise the subject of this : in the nationalities, i must be classed as UK, cos there is no England option. i see this happen a lot on the internet, and i hate it, i dont see myself as UK, im English.
