The only reason you have lost points is either 

because you lost
because you havn't played in a meaning you lose points every day
or because you had the ~ symbol and you're mistaking it for minus

they are the only reasons, and if you don't want my advice that's fair enough, but not many forum users look at this topic so hope you get lucky, but don't count on them giving you a different answer

Some other reasons :

You were re-set because of cheating,

You were playing yourself,

You can't count.

You were dreaming.
