That twice now a haven’t recieved my vip last torny and the one last night cos your too busy giving me a demerit it’s okay for other people to abuse me on here but a can’t say nothing back? A don’t even have a report abuse button if a don’t get my vip you won’t get a subscription from me again it’s a joke!

Hi, it's been some weeks since I've been able to access the site - all because of a new front page (which people probably look at for one second).  cannot change browser - it is impractical. I was enjoying learning the game and will really miss it. Lastly, for your benefit, I will tell you that, as a last resort I moved forward my plans to join up and tried (hoping this might let me in) but I couldn't do that either - my card issuer declined to authorise the transaction. So, I'll just thank you for the enjoyment I was able to have.

He reportado a un usuario usando el nickname de **** por lenguaje ofensivo en contra de mi persona en dos ocasiones , y he notado que no han tomado acción correctiva contra ****. Al parecer,  de nada sirve  reportar conducta inapropiada por un lenguaje ofensivo  , o bien los moderadores se hacen de la vista gorda o esto ya es un proceder recurrente donde permiten que un jugador que solo observa  a otros ,se la pasa ofendiendo con lenguaje sucio.

I feel I have no choice but to post about this on the forum as I have reported abhorrent abuse from this player countless times. Please review the reports I have made for the disgraceful abuse by this player. He has no business being on this site.

Cada vez más me encuentro con jugadores que hacen gala de su mala educación mediante el chat. Me encantaría que los moderadores tomarán cartas en el tema y tomen medidas al respecto.

I am constantly bullied by the player XXXXX because sometimes I watch him playing. Was just playing a 2-end match. Won first end and was holding 4 on last end when "connection broke". I lost ratings points and my opponent gained points. Opponent was aslo straight back into the next match. Why?

I would appreciate to be given a reason for rejecting my two most recent posts. There was no reason for it, all I did was ask a question regarding a questionable pop up window while trying to connect.

How is it possible that after many report about someone that make nickname Havik program because of me because he was talking directly to me after making the name i told u this in the report also it is **** who made second nickname Havik program that is not allowed according to your rules. Still u are letting him go through with it. I do not understand what makes it u follow your own rules and what makes it u don't.

Yesterday when i play on the platform everything was normal with mine connection to the site. As soon as the tournament started mine connection went very slow. If this happend i can not play tournament. Why does this happend exactly when the tournament started? U see where i am going with this?.

El jugador , cuyo usuario xxxx elabora falsos reportes contra jugadores. Este suceso recurrente ha tenido lugar no solo contra mi persona, sino también contra otros jugadore. El argumento de este jugador esta basado en su supuesta influencia que el tiene para abusar del sistema de reportes para afectar sin razon alguna a otros jugadores . Esto constituye una clara violación de las guías y políticas de uso del sitio en cuanto al sistema de reportes que termina en una forma de difamación y la promoción del juego sucio . Solicito formalmente  a los moderadores que revisen cualquier reporte dudoso  que haya presentado este jugador que responde al Nickname de xxxx  en mi contra. Cabe desteacar que en la partida de hoy estuvieron presentes testigos  que me han informado esta mala conducta de xxx…

Wieso gelten nicht für alle die gleichen Regeln? Der Spieler xxxx ist demerited und sein zweiter xxxx darf ohne demerit weiter spielen?

Der Spieler Philanderer spielt zu letzt am Donnerstag 28.8. um 18.28 sein letztes Spiel und muss nach 7 Tagen dann einen automatischen Punkteabzug bekommen. Er spielt erst am 5.9. ein Spiel, also 9 Tage später und bekommt keinen Punkteabzug.

Ich meine es müsste gleiche Regeln für alle geben. Was meint ihr?
