Delete your temp internet files and cookies regularly. If you don't want to delete cookies use a program which targets tracking cookies and other pests (ad-aware personal edition, at lavasoftusa.com works well but don't forget to update the definitions each time you use it and run regularly). Make sure you have anti-virus (again, keep defs up to date and scan regularly). If you have a slow internet connection don't run too many other programs whilst playing (if any at all) - including any p2p, messenger etc. Make sure you have enough memory and free hd space. If you have a slow PC that may affect things. If you use broad band check your ISPs route to FoD because they could take you a slow way to the servers and cause lost packet. If you are on a modem then good luck, there could be a number of things beyond your control. If you don't understand any of this then search the forum for more detailed responses - there are millions of them.
