I bought this computer of eBay and i found this site in the favorites list and i discovered the person who last had the computer used this website so if that person was bad and got banned could that knock on to me if that is the case i want a full explanation why.

there are static and dynamic ip addresses, and you can have serveral of either kind on on computer/connection
